“Throughout my life I was spiritually asleep, despite feeling that the world is not as it should be. I lived my day to day without searching for meaning in life. And then Covid-19 arrived, which changed everything... I came across one of Hagit’s lectures, and the moment I heard her I felt that I had come home, to the place I had searched for but did not know existed. The studies at Alma opened my eyes wide, opened my consciousness, and helped to fit together the pieces of the big puzzle which is being created all the while.”

A New World.” Each lecture brought me a step closer to the Truth and the real reason why we are here on Earth…After finding my way to the Alma school my focus completely changed. “The journey for us both, started with us growing up in religious families where the Bible, mitzvot (good deeds) and patriotism were the building blocks that define it. During our life together, we realized that the many constraints and demands of the Orthodox Jewish laws, are not exactly the Creator's Will, and we had to make a distinction between the Creator's Will and the will of others. During the last year and a half of our studies at the Alma School, our spirits’ eyes have opened and our whole view shifted.”

I continued to watch all of her videos and signed up to the “Gym for Life” course. Immediately my life changed from a state of mind that believed I was “a problem” and depended on external situations, non-stop dramas, and consumption of mind-bending substances, to taking responsibility for who I am, finding my spirit and inner peace. without the need of any substances and therapists whom I thought would fix me.”
