What is studied in the school's curriculum?

The school’s curriculum is built in stages that allow everyone to understand what spiritual consciousness is and why it is essential for our lives. Just like learning a new language everyone should start with the foundational course, LET MY SPIRIT GO! The school’s courses are taught by Hagit Rabbi, founder of Alma School for Humanity.

We also invite you to explore the ”New Human Being. New World.” series, where you can find lectures, podcasts and articles examining daily issues and current events through the spiritual perspective of the high Knowledge of the Laws of Creation. The school offers other seminars and advanced courses such as the LET MY SPIRIT GO! Train-the-Trainer seminar designed to prepare spiritual guides for the new era across the globe.

Many of the students who graduate from the school’s advanced programs subsequently become involved in operating the school worldwide, advancing new initiatives and taking active leadership roles in creating an alternative to the old world.

The spiritual consciousness was meant to be our decision-making center and the only way we were supposed to live our lives. Instead, today three consciousnesses exist within us: the intellectual consciousness, the emotional consciousness, and the spiritual consciousness. The intellectual and emotional consciousnesses were never meant to develop into independent consciousnesses. Therefore, many people confuse them with what was meant to be our sole consciousness: the spiritual consciousness.

The spirit—which is our true core as human beings—views reality from a higher and broader perspective that transcends time and space, and extends far beyond what can be perceived through the five senses. This is a perception of reality that understands who we truly are, what the purpose of our existence is, and what is required of us during our lives on earth. You can learn more about the difference between the various consciousnesses in our podcast: “Spirit Time.”

Just as water freezes at zero degrees, there exists a lawfulness that is objectively present and is independent of human opinions, such that it can be called “Truth.” In the same way as occurs in nature, this lawfulness applies across all planes of existence, far beyond what we can perceive with our five senses.

This Truth, which can also be called the Laws of Creation, originates from the same source: from God. Although the universal, uniform laws emanate from Him, every religion is mistaken in thinking it is the one closest to His Will.

You can learn more about why many people today find it difficult to grasp that there is one Truth in the first part of the lecture “The Truth About Joyful Monogamy.

The Truth is clear, piercing, unwavering, and relevant for every human being, in any place and at all times. It paves the way toward clarity and stability, and it does not change itself in accordance with people’s emotions or thoughts. In contrast, today there are numerous false teachers who use fragments of the Truth and mix them with falsehood—an act that usually goes unnoticed. These teachers offer partial knowledge, at best, and those who get caught up in it mistakenly believe they have found genuine, complete spiritual knowledge.

One can recognize such false teachers by the way they tailor “the truth” to please their audience, through flattery and sentimentality. The key difference is this: a person who brings the Truth does so for the sake of serving God, while a person who brings partial truth mixed with lies acts for his own fame, ratings, and popularity, rather than for the highest good of others.

A spiritual person holds an inner conviction that the physical world we experience through our five senses is merely a small part of reality, and that life does not begin and end with our earthly birth and death. Such a person knows that the spirit within him is eternal and needs several incarnations to gain experiences in the material world to mature and grow so that it can eventually return to its true home. Such a person knows that he is going through a unique and unparalleled journey, in which he weaves his own destiny through his choices. Therefore, he develops his intuition, takes full responsibility for his life, expresses gratitude for the life lessons he encounters and uses those lessons as an opportunity to correct himself.

To deepen this understanding and experience, we invite you to explore the LET MY SPIRIT GO! course—a path that supports your unique journey toward true spiritual development.

Spirituality is a way of viewing life from a higher perspective—one that sees us as guests on this Earth. It is the longing, inherent in every person, seeking to return to our true home in the spiritual sphere, also known as Paradise. It is the knowledge that we are spiritual beings undergoing a process of development within a physical body, and that the material world, while an important part of the journey, is not the ultimate purpose of our existence. Spirituality is based on the eternal, universal, natural Laws that have always existed, and encourages personal exploration, direct experience, and honest inquiry.

On the other hand, in the various religions as they exist today, a narrow earthly perspective dominates, preoccupied with blind obedience to rigid laws under the illusion that they are the Will of the Creator.

All religions began with people gathering around various messengers who always brought the same universal Truth to their peoples. Their intention was always identical: to create steps for every person to connect with the Creator in simplicity, joy, and flexibility, thereby receiving an unceasing flow of life energy.

However, their successors—sometimes inadvertently and sometimes deliberately—distorted the teachings these messengers brought into religions that became earthly institutions distorting the universal Truth for personal interests. Thus, religions became the very opposite of true spirituality: institutions governed by intellect and ego, preoccupied with control and the pursuit of earthly power, taking on rigid forms in which spirit and true life are absent.

We invite you to explore this video series that presents examples and discusses the codes within different biblical stories, revealing that they are not tied to any religion, but rather reflect higher Knowledge of the universal Laws of Creation, intended for all humanity.

There are many pieces of advice that can help provide relief or temporary respite from depression. However, to uproot depression at its source, we must first understand that there is a conflict between the spiritual consciousness and the other two consciousnesses—the intellectual and the emotional—which are battling for control over the person.

We must avoid trying to resolve the conflict on the intellectual or emotional level, and instead ask what in our inner world is  blocking our spiritual consciousness from being expressed. Only when the spiritual consciousness is awake and connected does a person gain access to absolute knowledge of the Laws of Creation, and thereby to the great secret of true healing—which has the power to completely heal depression, anxiety, and all other illnesses and disorders.

The Laws of Creation are a universal and immutable system of Laws to which all living beings are subject. They apply to all of Creation, which extends far beyond the material world. These Laws can be classified into three fundamental laws:

  1. The Law of Gravity (that which is heavy sinks downward, and what is light rises upward)
  2. The Law of Attraction Between Similar Species, which magnetizes to each person that which is similar to him
  3. The Law of Cause and Effect, in which each person reaps what he has sown (also known as the Law of Karma)

These Laws—also referred to as the Laws of Nature—apply equally on the spiritual level as on the material level, and the world is built upon them and operates according to them. These Laws emanated from God, Whose Will created all of Creation, and within it human beings were also created. A further explanation of this can be found in the lecture “Prophets Versus Empires.”

According to The Grail Message, human beings are meant to live according to the Laws of Creation. Following these Laws leads to prosperity and harmony, and enables each nation to develop its unique language and culture. In reality, humanity is unaware of these Laws and their fateful consequences, and therefore disrupts Creation as it was meant to be.

The “Law of Karma,” also known as the “Law of Cause and Effect,” states that each person reaps exactly what he has sown—every effect is preceded by a cause. Karma is the consequence of an action a person carried out yesterday, a year ago, or even in a previous lifetime. It is one of the most fundamental Laws of Creation, affecting all living beings and operating with complete objectivity and without any deviation.

For example, a person who runs a red light (cause) collides with another vehicle (effect). This is a simple and tangible example. But the Law of Karma also operates on thoughts—which are forms of finer matter. Suppose a person constantly harbours negative thoughts and is filled with anger: these thoughts may be the cause that results in depression or illness, and can even influence external events in that person’s life.

Karma also creates our destiny. Destiny is the result of our feelings, thoughts, words, and actions, which gradually form our habits and character traits. Our destiny is shaped by the choices that we make throughout life, but it is also subject to change if we choose to correct and change our ways. More on this subject can be found in the “Karma Stories” series, which helps reveal the broader connections within the threads of destiny.

God created the world and the Divine Laws—the Laws of Creation—by which the world operates. God does not punish or reward; rather, He established a system of Laws that constitute and express His Will. It is according to these Laws that human beings are meant to act if they wish to live in harmony, prosperity, and joy.

The notion that God intervenes in the material world according to His preferences and choices is fundamentally wrong. It contradicts the principle of free will granted to human beings, which allows them to make their own choices.

Therefore, the evil and suffering in the world are the product of human choices and actions. According to the Laws, these consequences are automatic and unavoidable—they are the natural result of how people have chosen to live. You can explore this further in the lecture “Prophets Versus Empires.”

Death is simply a birth into the world beyond. At the moment of death, it is the physical body that ceases to exist, while the spirit—which is eternal and constitutes our true self—continues its developmental journey in a more refined material realm. Life on earth is only one incarnation among many incarnations of the spirit, through which the spirit is meant to develop and grow until reaching maximum maturity. To learn more about this subject, we invite you to explore our Karma Stories.

The purpose of life is to learn and develop through experiences, with the goal of returning to our spiritual origin from which we all came—this time as a conscious spirit that has completed its maturation. Therefore, we should view the material world as an important place of development, but not as a goal in itself. It is not the ultimate destination, but rather a step along the path toward it.

Our spirit—our true self—begins its journey in Creation as an unconscious germ. Its purpose is to grow and develop through experience, eventually returning one day as a mature and conscious spirit to its origin. Throughout this process, it learns the Laws of Creation, which are God’s Language, and acts according to them for its highest good and for the advancement of all of Creation.

Additionally, each person is meant to cultivate their abilities and gifts, with the intention of nurturing the earth and bringing it closer to a reflection of Paradise.

Because planet Earth serves as a “school” for human spirits to develop, the closing of this school also means the end of its “curriculum.” At that point, the students—the human spirits—reach the final period in which they are still permitted to develop. Therefore, “The Final Judgment” refers to the period in which all beings in the material world are compelled to face judgment, expressed through the closing of karmic cycles and reaping the fruits of their actions, both the mistaken and the good.

These words were meant to bring joyous celebration to the whole of humanity, if it had wisely utilized the time given to it for its development. Since humanity chose a wrong path of development, this period brings with it disintegration and great suffering

We are living in the period ancient sources called the “End of Days,” which many prophecies also describe as the period of “the Final Judgment.” Like all material things, planet Earth is subject to a cycle of beginning, development, and disintegration. As the end of the planet—which was created to serve as a school for spiritual development—draws near, it brings with it a process of purification and an acceleration in the closing of karmic cycles. This is why we can sense the intensification of events around us, not only as a result of technological changes, but because a real force is pushing everything to rise to the surface.

This period could have been the most beautiful time on Earth, allowing many who genuinely aspire to the Light to accelerate and celebrate their maturation, and prepare for their return to our spiritual homeland.

However, humanity’s erroneous development and its fall into the Darkness—which is everything that binds humanity to the material consciousness—have created karma that now requires deep cleansing, disasters, and suffering. Nevertheless, these events also offer an opportunity for people to awaken from their blindness and save their spirits before time runs out, for in humanity’s current state, only profound suffering can bring about true inner transformation.

From this perspective, what we call disasters is actually a purification process in which everything that is erroneous is destroyed, while everything aligned with the Laws of Creation will not only remain intact but will even be strengthened. More on this subject can be found in the lecture: “Natural Disasters—Climate Change or the Final Judgment?”

Satan and God are not two forces equal in power. Only one force exists and operates in our world: the Power of God. Without God’s Power flowing through Creation, nothing could exist. The Power flowing through Creation is a neutral life-force, meaning it is directed according to the will of the one using it—for good or for evil. Throughout all of Creation, there is no battle between good and evil—this division exists only because human beings, as spiritual beings, were given the freedom to choose how to direct the neutral Power that flows through them.

Satan—also called Lucifer—had access to great Power due to his origin and the role he was given in Creation. However, the way he chose to use that Power went against God’s Will. This is explored in greater detail in the lecture “Lucifer’s Agenda.”

The Light is the living Power that created and continues to create all that exists in Creation. Its source is one and only—God. The Light operates in Creation through universal Laws of Justice and Love.

The Darkness is everything that is distant and separated from the Light. Within it, evil is formed, expressing an inner distancing from all that is luminous. When the intellectual consciousness and the emotional consciousness control our choices, we become bound to the material world. In doing so, we disconnect our spirit from the Light, whose source lies beyond this world.

When a person chooses freely to create and act in connection with the Laws of Creation, his creations and actions will resonate with the creative Will of the Light and become part of it. But when a person chooses to act in a way that distances him from the Light, his creations and actions will empower the Darkness and expand what human beings call “evil.”

Therefore, throughout all of Creation, there is neither battle between Light and Darkness nor war between good and evil. Moreover, these are not two entities equal to each other in power. This division exists only because human beings, as spiritual beings, were given free choice to choose how to direct the Power of the Light that flows through them.

The “Book of Life” is a spiritual concept that refers to the automatic recording of the totality of each person’s choices throughout their existence in Creation—including all thoughts, words, and actions. Every human spirit that incarnates on Earth must labor to be worthy of being included in the “Book of Life” by the end of its journey—that is, to reach its full potential as a living, conscious spirit aligned with the Will of God as expressed in the universal Laws of Creation.

The more a spirit operates in harmony with the Laws of Creation, the stronger, more enlightened, and more vibrant it becomes. This corresponds to being “written in the Book of Life”—meaning the possibility of one day returning to its spiritual home, Paradise.

Only a spirit connected to God and the Light can be truly alive, while choosing to repeatedly walk dark paths weakens the spirit and may ultimately lead to spiritual death.

The most tragic and sorrowful state for a spirit is to be “erased from the Book of Life.” This too must be understood spiritually—it refers to a spirit that has lost its connection to the Source of Power and Life because it has forgotten or turned away from the Laws of Creation.

A person can experience miracles to the extent that he is connected to his spirit and aligns his path with the Laws of Creation, which reflect the Will of the Creator who established them. For example, a very sick person who is in a state of openness and humility offers a fervent prayer and asks for help. These conditions attract and harness the help that surrounds the person and enables an acceleration of healing, which is perceived by those around him as a miracle. Of course, loving care from a close person can also accelerate healing, but this cannot replace the connection to the Creator’s Power, which is available to every person according to the degree to which he opens himself to receive it.

What we view as a “miracle” is simply an acceleration of a material process. Therefore, miracles can occur only in accordance with the Laws of Creation, because these Laws are perfect from the very beginning and do not allow for arbitrariness or deviation. In this way, we can also explain the plagues of Egypt as events that unfolded with lightning speed or precise timing, through Moses, who was granted special Power. This can be explored in depth in the lecture series “Biblical Stories as Codes for Deciphering the Reality of the World Today,” and particularly the code of the Exodus from Egypt.

Thoughts have the power to create and shape reality. Every thought that arises takes on a form—an actual form, even if we cannot see it with our five senses. This thought attracts similar thoughts according to the Law of Attraction Between Similar Species, one of the Laws of Creation to which all living beings are subject. In this way, power centers of similar thoughts are created, which must eventually find expression in reality.

In ancient times, human thoughts—which were more refined and illuminated—affected the material world by making it lighter and less dense.

Today, thoughts of hatred, jealousy, lust, and greed generate the largest power centers in the world. According to the Laws of Creation, we are connected through the realm of thought and become active participants in actions simply by strengthening them through our thoughts, even if those actions take place on the other side of the world. Knowing the broader context of the Laws of Creation calls on each person to take responsibility for all his choices, since every action begins with a thought.

You can learn more about the connection between thoughts and the Law of Karma in the lecture “Prophets Versus Empires,” and about why it is important to drain the collective thought center in the lecture “Lucifer’s Agenda.”

What we experience today as “natural disasters” can be viewed, from a spiritual perspective, as a “purification” of everything that is wrong on Earth. Many prophets and ancient sources call this period “the End of Days”—a critical period in which all karmic cycles are closing and the Law of Cause and Effect is accelerating.

Since much of what humanity has cultivated for thousands of years is wrong and contradicts the Laws of Creation, it must be dismantled so that something new—aligned with these Laws—can be built. Therefore, a natural disaster is also part of the perfect mechanism of these Laws, through which each person reaps what he has sown over many lifetimes on Earth. Those who are not meant to experience such events will be protected, for the mechanism is flawless and absolutely precise.

When we work diligently on inner purification and live in alignment with the Laws, even if we are in an area about to be affected by a natural disaster, we will not be harmed if we have no karma connected to it. In this sense, the only true protection is the protection provided by the Laws of Creation, which do not allow injustice or error and offer safety to those who sincerely purify their inner world.

To learn more about how all of this relates to what various mythologies have perceived as “gods,” to recent discoveries in quantum physics, and to global events yet to come, watch the lecture “Natural Disasters—Climate Change or the Final Judgment?”

The School was established to bridge and explain the teachings of the complete work “In the Light of Truth – The Grail Message” (1941 edition) and “The Calls from Primordial Creation” for truth-seekers who can become the new leadership of the new world.

The School is a digital platform for people around the world who yearn to connect with and strengthen their spiritual consciousness. The School’s content is available in English, French, German, Hebrew, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Portuguese, and Italian.

The complete edition of the work “In the Light of Truth – The Grail Message” was written by Abd-ru-shin from 1923 to 1941. This work of more than 1,000 pages lays out the principles of natural philosophy—that is, living in accordance with the Laws of Creation, also known as the Laws of Nature. These are universal, immutable laws applicable to every person and all of Creation, and living by them will always promote development, prosperity, and harmony.

In the School’s advanced course, The Program for High Knowledge, the texts from this work are studied and supplemented with additional materials that help connect its teachings to the era we live in.

The work In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message presents a natural philosophy and a high and broad perspective, offering clear, methodical teaching about everything that exists between the Creator and human beings. According to the author, this work was written as both a compass and a lifeline for humanity, especially for this era, which he described as the End of Times.

Throughout The Grail Message, there is a consistent call to readers to recognize the true essence of human beings—the spirit, which is eternal and expresses itself through intuition, the voice of the spirit.

The work emphasizes the individual need to strengthen the direct and unmediated connection to God. Additionally, The Grail Message opposes all religions, which it claims present half-truths and distortions, and calls on people to examine everything deeply through their intuition, to find their unique path through the development of their spiritual consciousness, and not to accept anything based on blind obedience to doctrine or leader.

The 144,000 Called Ones are Truth-seekers who are called to form the new leadership of the new world. These individuals are found among all peoples, in all cultures, and across all levels of society and walks of life, and they are characterized by a constant search for a higher meaning in life. They ask the big questions about human existence out of a thirst for closeness to God, and they already know that God and religions are two completely different things.

These individuals have promised to lead humanity into the new era, and the school’s advanced course was created for them so that they can grasp the broadest contexts and grow into their unique mission.

The name “Alma” has different meanings in different languages: it means a young woman in Hebrew; world in Aramaic; and soul in Spanish. The combination of these meanings expresses one of the school’s most important purposes: purifying both the world and the inner world of the human being, which can be achieved through restoring womanhood to its true power.

The school’s symbol is composed of geometric shapes that express the natural order of the Laws of Creation. For example, the triangle in the form of a pyramid means “a crystal in which the eternal flame burns,” expressing the importance of maintaining spiritual consciousness and connection to what is high, pure, and luminous. You can learn more about the meaning of the pyramid shape in the third part of the lecture: The Plan for the Salvation of Humanity.”

The circle in the school’s symbol expresses the Law of Karma, which states that every effect has a cause. The square expresses the connection with the forces of nature. The cross with equal arms expresses the Law of Spiritual Gravity (vertical line), which works together with the Law of Attraction of Homogeneous Species (horizontal line), and the meaning of balance between the masculine and feminine forces. The school’s logo also contains the outline of a rose, which is an earthly reflection of the higher essence of the concept of love. The different colors reflect the authentic and unique journey of each created being, operating under the Laws of Creation.

Jesus was a very high emissary who came to the people of Israel in order to forge the path back to the universal Truth. This Truth had been forgotten because the religious establishment, controlled solely by intellectual thinking, appropriated the worship of God through their man-made earthly laws and regulations. Jesus never intended to establish a new religion but rather to lead people back to God. His message was meant for all humanity, but first and foremost for the people of Israel, since an important mission was still placed upon them: to spread the universal Light of Truth among the peoples of the Earth.

Unfortunately, the religious leadership at that time was not willing to relinquish its control and influence over the people. When they failed to stop the masses from awakening to Jesus’s words, He was maliciously accused of spreading false teachings, put on trial, and crucified. In the era we find ourselves today—which is a time of the closing of all karmic cycles for humanity in general and for the people of Israel in particular—we must correct this karma first and foremost through an objective examination of Jesus’s teachings and mission. To begin, we invite you to listen to the lecture “Jesus Christ: The Real Story According to the Laws of Creation.”

Alma is not affiliated with any religion. The studies at the school bridge the same messages that were brought by all the different emissaries who incarnated among the various nations. These emissaries came to each people in order to develop them to the next spiritual level, always leading them toward the same Truth. Unfortunately, the words of many emissaries, and particularly the message of Jesus, have been distorted into sects and religions that have no connection to the original source.

It’s important to clarify: Jesus does not belong to the Christian religion and never sought to establish a new religion! Not only is the Christian religion based on a false doctrine that views Jesus’s brutal death on the cross as a necessary death, but it also relies on facts that cannot exist according to the Laws of Creation (such as conception by the Holy Spirit).

The curriculum at Alma, and especially the advanced course, builds tools for recognizing the Truth and teaches how to identify and filter out the many lies that have been added to it.

There are 3 versions of In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message:

  1. The first version, published by Abd-ru-shin in 1931, contained 91 chapters and an appendix of the Ten Commandments.
  2. The complete version, containing 190 chapters, was completed by Abd-ru-shin in 1941 and published only in 2019. This version is available to purchase at Letitbegin.net

A shortened version of 168 chapters was published in 1949 by Stiftung Gralsbotschaft Publishing. In this version, the first 22 chapters that the author included in the original work were omitted. This version is promoted by the “Grail Movement” (which has no connection to Alma School for Humanity!) as the official version of the work, thereby causing harm and preventing readers from accessing the complete Knowledge contained in the original work—Knowledge that is essential for humanity during this critical period.

We are accustomed to focusing first and foremost on the person who wrote the work—his origin, education, and so on—and only afterward on the message he brought. However, “gold is gold whether in the hand of a king or a beggar,” and therefore we must first examine the message itself objectively, and then we can also understand who the messenger is who brought it and what the source of their knowledge is. The work In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message was written by Abd-ru-shin, and all the School’s curricula are based on this work.

You can purchase The Grail Message – 1941 Version on the LET IT BEGIN website by clicking here.

Important Note! An incomplete version of The Grail Message (1949 edition) is circulating widely online, from which the first 22 chapters that the author included in the original work have been omitted!

The Alma community isn’t connected to the Grail Movement and strongly opposes its methods of operation. The Grail Movement is a religion (according to their own definition) and has even been defined as a cult by certain bodies. The people of the Movement distorted and misrepresented the words of the author of The Grail Message and published a censored version of this work, misleading humanity and preventing many people from accessing the entire Truth.

Alma encourages spiritual inner work between a person and himself, and between the person and his God, without dependence on religion, a group, or a leader. The Alma community is a diverse community and includes people of different nationality, religions, ethnicity, colors, age, sexual orientation, professions, and occupation. Students from all over the world attend the school. The secret behind it is the shared upward striving and the longing that exists in each and every one to restore spiritual consciousness as the sole center that drives us in all areas of life. When the spirit is the guide, every conflict fueled by the ego rapidly dissolves, naturally creating unity and harmony.

We invite you to join our independent social network and take part in the various discussions. Joining is simple and free.

The term “virgin” in its true sense refers to a woman whose reproductive organs have not yet fulfilled their purpose. In this respect, since this was Mary’s first pregnancy and she had not given birth before, her organs were virginal.

According to the Laws of Creation, conception cannot occur without sexual intercourse (the union of sperm and egg). However, this does not contradict the fact that Jesus was an emissary who came from the Divine itself—unlike other high messengers who have come to Earth, whose core is spiritual.

This distortion originated in the New Testament, specifically in the Gospel of Matthew, which erred in its understanding of the Laws of Creation. Matthew understood that Jesus was the promised Messiah, but he failed to grasp that even when the Divine cloaks itself in flesh and blood, it still operates under the same laws that govern the entire material world. Therefore, despite his good intentions, Matthew created a distortion that does not align with reality and is impossible according to the constant and immutable Laws of Creation.

Additionally, it’s important to remember that the New Testament, like many other texts, was written long after Jesus’s crucifixion (the Gospel of Matthew was written approximately 50 years after the crucifixion). We must therefore account for errors arising from imprecise memory, as well as the human tendency to blend imagination with factual reality.

Jesus was an emissary who was sent to help the people of Israel return to the right path, after all the admonitions of the prophets had failed to stir the people back to the right path. Jesus came with special Power because he came from the Divine itself—unlike the other prophets, whose origin, like all human beings, is in the spiritual sphere.

In the Divine sphere, being “part of” also means being a “son.” Therefore, because of the origin from which He came, Jesus is called “the Son of God.” The precise explanations for this according to the Laws of Creation are provided in the school’s advanced course.
