Discovering the Answers to Life’s Biggest Questions

Discovering the Answers to Life’s Biggest Questions

When I was young, I loved to sing and dance—I even considered turning that love into a profession. But something burned within me more intensely than any earthly love or passion: a longing to reach upward, seeking to know the higher meaning of life and to experience closeness to God.

These yearnings burned so fiercely within me that they shaped all my life choices and, with them, my destiny.

So I embarked on a long journey of searching, which included diving deep into Judaism—mainly the Talmud and Hasidic teachings—and exploring different schools of psychology, various philosophical doctrines, and different New Age methods. (At the time, my home library could have rivaled a public library…)

Yet all these searches—which lasted more than a decade—didn’t lead me to answers to life’s great questions or to closeness with God. It did not happen because every path I took eventually hit a dead end, as it was full of gaps and contradictions.

For example, in the religious world they speak of Divine Providence—of a Father who sometimes loves and sometimes rages. But what kind of God is this? He sounds more like an erratic, even abusive father who one day caresses and the next delivers violent blows, forcing you to beg Him with tears streaming down your face: “Father, Father, how long? How long? Have mercy on us!”

Is this a Father who brought the Holocaust and genocide upon peoples? A Father who acts with discrimination, loving certain people over others—in short, a racist Father???

Of course, none of this can lead to closeness with God, because anyone holding such distorted perceptions of Divinity doesn’t possess mature spiritual consciousness but operates only from the emotional consciousness— a material consciousness—characterized by childish wishful thinking. What is childish wishful thinking, really? It’s hoping that all our troubles will vanish in an instant redemption, without us taking any responsibility.

In philosophy, I found only intellectual musings; similarly, in psychology, endless intellectual analysis of the world of emotions. Neither bring spiritual ascent because the spirit isn’t present at all—on the contrary, it’s systematically suppressed.

Everything I read and explored in so-called New Age methods can be summed up in one sentence: a drowning swamp of sticky emotions, causing the spirit to sink into a deadly slumber.

These teachings—just like a new religion—enjoy such great success worldwide because they give people exactly what their ego loves most: ignoring everything they need to fix in themselves and instead inflating their self-importance to the point of turning man himself into God! (Sound familiar? “You are the Creator!” “You are Creation!” “You are God!” “God needs you to experience Himself!”)

But then—twenty-five years ago—I found the book In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message. A perfect work that could only have reached us from the highest heights, containing no contradictions, no gaps, but rather a clear path leading anyone who chooses to walk it straight to closeness with God.

There I understood that “God does not at all directly intervene in all these small and great cares of men, such as wars, misery and other earthly matters! From the very beginning He has woven into Creation His perfect Laws, which automatically carry out their incorruptible work so that all is accurately fulfilled, forever taking effect uniformly, thus preventing any preference as well as any prejudice, an injustice being impossible.” (Chapter 58, In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message)

This work is studied in the school’s advanced course and is based on the 1941 version the author left before his death. It’s important to know this because there are other corrupted versions in circulation—similar to how the church distorted the teachings of Jesus—that cause great harm, with which we have absolutely no connection.

Through this work, I was able to understand and experience that the intellect and emotions cannot define our essence as human beings since they operate only on the earthly and material plane and therefore can never lead to spiritual ascent.

Only the spirit can do this, because its source is beyond the material world and is eternal.

Although the intellect and emotions were meant to be tools to express the spirit, they instead became independent consciousnesses that systematically suppress the spirit.

Thus, the ego was born: our inner prison, the real matrix.

This suppression and distortion began hundreds of thousands of years ago and is described in the Bible as the eating of the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge—a code, not a literal story.

The correction for this distortion is liberating the spirit so it can develop, and this is exactly what is required of us as human beings in the era we now find ourselves—an era the prophets called the End of Days.

Why is the course LET MY SPIRIT GO!—which provides guidance and tools to free and develop the spirit—so critical right now?

Here’s the whole answer in a nutshell: The spirit descends and incarnates in an earthly body as an unconscious germ, with the purpose of developing and then returning to the spiritual sphere—Paradise—as a conscious spirit.

The End of Days is the final period remaining for the spirit to complete this development and maturation process. However, since all of us without exception have developed incorrectly—meaning we have a large ego and a very small spirit—we are running out of time to right this wrong.

At the same time, precisely now, when the intellect can no longer explain the current global turbulent reality and emotions are losing their minds, precisely then our spirit has hope to raise its head and finally break free!

I can testify that the moment the spirit succeeds in overcoming the ego, the immediate result is a wondrous sensation of true love (which is completely different from emotional love).

Then, the flame of love for God grows stronger and naturally seeks channels through which to transmit it to others as well.

Therefore, every post, every book, every lecture, every course and every training program I write and teach are actually channels into which my love for God flows.

This is a love that asks nothing but to help real truth-seekers gain freedom, joy that depends on nothing, and the tremendous power of love that every person can experience when they attain closeness to God.
