Ceasefire, Astrology and Karma

As soon as governments declare ceasefires, many people secretly wish and hope that at last things will calm down and return to normalcy so that they can get back to enjoying their lives to everything they hold dear and believe are deserving of: shopping, dining out, attending entertainment or sporting events, and traveling.

Many people in conflict zones transition abruptly from the reality of war and existential anxiety to resuming their daily routines, in complete denial of what happened just yesterday.

Yet, before we slip back into the illusion of “one last strike and we’re done,” let’s take a step back and look at all these events from a higher perspective.

Many people already realize that every cause has an effect. In other words: karma.

Now, let’s take another step forward and understand exactly how and when karma returns to us.

This occurs through the perfect mechanism of the Laws of Creation, which brings karma to every person and every nation through the movement of the stars.

Qualified astrologers could potentially forecast celestial movements and determine their negative or positive nature. However, they are unaware that the movements of the stars only create the channels through which the results of the Law of Karma can come forth!

For bad or negative consequences to return—the channels need to be negative.

For good or positive consequences to return—the channels need to be positive.

In other words, nothing arbitrary can happen to us and there is no predetermined “fate,” but everything is the result of what we have sown, because Divine Justice—which is in fact the mechanism of the Laws of Creation—always operates perfectly.

However, not only is Divine Justice perfect, but so is the Love of God. Therefore, if negative karma awaits a person but the celestial channels are positive, the results of that person’s wrong actions will not be able to reach him and he will receive a temporary reprieve.

What is the purpose of such a temporary reprieve? It allows people to use this time to correct their ways and avoid reaping harsh karma.

Ultimately, the mechanism of the Laws of Creation wasn’t created to punish wrong actions, but to warn about them, multiple times, so that people will strive to correct their ways. (Just like good parents who don’t want to punish their child to hurt him, but to teach him the right way.)

However, people don’t have the complete knowledge about the Laws of Creation. Therefore, they are unaware that every respite from fighting or a ceasefire is simply an opportunity to correct karma. Instead, they rush to use the break to return to old patterns and to their daily routines.

Secretly, many people hope that peace will replace the ceasefire and finally become permanent. But this is false hope, because if the lesson that needs to be learned isn’t learned, we can be 100% certain that the next crisis will be much harsher!

During times of crisis, such as serious illness or wartime (such as the recent Israel-Iran or the Russia-Ukraine wars), the human spirit receives a precious opportunity for awakening, correction, and redemption. Precisely because during times of great distress, the ego—which usually controls our lives and silences the spirit’s voice—begins to falter and lose control.

But the moment the danger or crisis passes, the ego regains control and the spirit is silenced.

To better understand how the ego suppresses the spirit, consider the biblical story of Pharaoh’s refusal to let the Israelites go out of Egypt:

Moses demands of Pharaoh—”Let my people go!” Pharaoh refuses. The plague occurs. Pharaoh begs Moses to stop the plague. Moses prays and the plague passes. Pharaoh’s heart is hardened and he refuses again to let the Israelites go.

How does this relate to us now?

We are now standing in Pharaoh’s role, or more precisely, our ego is Pharaoh:

When crisis strikes (which is actually our karmic consequence), our ego (=Pharaoh) is hit and is ready to release our spirit (=the Israelites). But once the crisis passes (=delay in the implementation of the Law of Cause and Effect to allow correction), it returns to its stubbornness (=wanting to return to the previous normal daily life).

Therefore, the question we must ask ourselves during any respite is:

Do we want to learn the lesson and correct our karma to create a different reality, or do we want to wait for the next blow?

Anyone who wants to start correcting and doesn’t want to wait for greater catastrophes and the ultimate blow is invited to explore deeper spiritual knowledge and develop his spiritual consciousness at LET MY SPIRIT GO!
