Our true essence is our spirit, expressed through the intuition. Listening to the voice of the spirit allows us to make wise and beneficial decisions for our earthly development. The voice of the spirit is like a compass, helping us navigate toward our higher purpose. Living according to our spiritual consciousness prevents us from easily getting caught up and carried away by emotions such as fear, hatred, victimization, or anger—which divert us from our purpose and development.
The spirit is our highest inner essence—expressed through a gentle and pure voice that cannot be heard above the external and internal noise that surrounds us. This is not the voice of the intellect, which constantly thinks, limits, analyzes, and warns. Nor is it the voice of our emotions, which is erratic, unpredictable, overwhelming and erupts without our control.
In contrast, the spirit expresses itself through the intuition. Connecting to our intuition helps us see the broader picture and make decisions rooted in balance and calmness, rather than from a place of inner turmoil or a narrow viewpoint.
The spirit was supposed to be the voice that guides all our decisions: career, relationships, hobbies, and our understanding of the meaning of life. While the intellect and emotions were meant to be tools in service of the spirit.
Over time, as humanity developed, the intellect and emotions have completely taken over our consciousness, to the point that they are blocking people’s access to the deep place of connection with their spirit and with God. It’s important to emphasize that even the concept of Divinity has been distorted over the years by religions, distancing human beings from the Source of Life—which gives us the Power and the conviction of where we came from and where we are going.

As our spirit grows stronger, we develop the ability to stay grounded and maintain a high level of inner strength and calm, where nothing—external or internal—can unsettle us. Disturbing news, hurtful words from others, or daily challenges cannot shake us—we remain centered and connected to our inner core.

Instead of communicating from emotions (anger, fear, guilt) or from the intellect (self-righteousness, argumentativeness, criticism), someone guided by his spirit knows when to approach another with gentleness and when to establish a firm boundary—all from a place of deep connection to the intuition that seeks the highest benefit of everyone involved.

A person led by the spirit understands that there are no coincidences in life, but rather that everything unfolds according to the perfect Laws of Creation, which always work for his spiritual benefit. Therefore, even in crisis situations, instead of asking "Why is this happening to me?" a spiritually conscious person asks, "What can I learn from this experience?" A person who knows the Laws of Creation understands that he has the power to change the reality of his life through these same Laws, and this knowledge gives him confidence, trust and peace of mind.

A free, strong, and joyful spirit never complains. A person guided by his spirit experiences inner joy that is independent of any external circumstances. He does not feel like a victim and sees every situation as an opportunity for growth.

Someone living according to his spiritual consciousness understands and knows that this world is merely a school for the development of the spirit. He regards material achievements as a means toward the true goal, which is spiritual learning and development.
It's important to emphasize that a person operating according to the spiritual consciousness is not someone disconnected from reality or a "hippie," but rather someone connected to both his inner essence and reality—someone who bridges Heaven and Earth, turns vision into reality, and receives inspiration to fulfil it.

The connection to the spiritual consciousness is a lifeline that enables us to break free from the mental and emotional chains of this world and the suffering that entails. This is a process with far-reaching impact in all areas of life! This course forms the foundation for studies at Alma School for Humanity and provides tools and knowledge that enable connecting to and strengthening the spiritual consciousness.
The course is suitable for anyone who has matured enough to take personal responsibility for how he lives, reacts, and perceives events around him—with the understanding that each person creates his own day-to-day reality and has the freedom, right, duty, and power to change it.
For therapists and guides interested in opening themselves to a new path and becoming trainers who guide others in this transformative journey of developing the spiritual consciousness, this course serves as a prerequisite to the school’s “Train the Trainers” program.
“As a single mother of three children, I was constantly gripped by existential fear, which led me to seek help from financial mentors—only to worsen my situation and leave me with more debt. Through the tools I received in this course, I’m learning to take responsibility for my life and rely entirely on myself to solve my problems, instead of on others. I’m discovering how to listen to and trust my intuition, improve my communication with others, and find my inner strengths to create positive change for myself.”
“After surviving a violent assault in 2008, I developed severe anxiety that plagued me for years. The course provided me with insights and practical tools to build my inner resilience. Understanding the true source of my anxiety helped diminish it—even eliminate it completely for extended periods—as long as I maintained a high vibrational frequency and continued practicing. Through this journey, I discovered that real miracles can occur when we assume responsibility for our weaknesses, behavior patterns and vulnerabilities, and can positively affect our quality of life.”
“At the age of 17, I faced the devastating experience of losing my brother; he was killed while serving in the army. At the cemetery, I was filled with anger, especially toward God. I wrapped myself in armor, became tough and goal-oriented, but at a price of becoming angry, nervous, and extremely stressed. After discovering Alma School for Humanity and the course LET MY SPIRIT GO!, I learned how to let go of the victim consciousness I carried within me—constantly blaming everything around me for my troubles—and began looking at every challenge with a new perspective: “What can I learn from this?” Since completing the course, I have discovered how to prevent anger, nervousness, and frustration from controlling me. My life has been transformed and filled with tranquility, peace, and joy. For a very long time now, I have not raised my voice in our home, not even slightly. My children can testify that since completing the course, I’ve become the best version of myself as a mother and as a human being.”
“Toward the end of my mother’s life, our family went through an emotional upheaval that greatly affected the relationships among the siblings. Whenever an incident arose, I managed to use the tools I learned in the course to bring balance to the conversation by introducing a spiritual perspective instead of allowing the emotions and the intellect to take charge, which had only created a separation between us—until that time, they had been the only modes of communication among the siblings. Throughout that entire period and even after my mother’s death, we managed to maintain a good energy, respectful discourse, and proper conduct.”
“First and foremost, the course helped me sleep at night. As a mother of an enlisted combat soldier, I deal with many voices inside me, like: ‘Listen, you really need to worry! He hasn’t called for two days—he must have entered dangerous territory… Why aren’t you worrying? What kind of mother are you? Where are your maternal feelings???’ These voices, which were addressed through humorous images in the course, continue to challenge me again and again. And I work hard to stay on guard, to connect with and sense my spirit and thereby repel the voices and tell them unequivocally: ‘No! Move on.’ The course strengthened the realization that when my spirit guides me, there are no worries—because the spirit doesn’t worry. So, I write him a message: “Good night, my beloved child,” and I go to sleep.”
“Working in construction, I’m immersed in an environment charged with testosterone and ego that constantly challenges one’s self-control. In this context, this course has truly been a lifeline for me. I’m learning to identify the deeper motivations behind my automatic reactions, and respond in a much more balanced way. Even when I don’t realize in full what is happening in the moment. This course has given me tools to process events in a way that helps me change for the better and grow. Through this work, I’m learning to take responsibility instead of blaming external factors for my problems. I know this knowledge will accompany me for the rest of my life.”
