We stand at the threshold of a new era – one long foretold in ancient texts and whose signs are now evident all around us.

This is a time when a great light is penetrating our planet, illuminating all that is dark. Consequently, we witness an intensification of our reality: wars erupt, pandemics spread, natural disasters strike, economies falter, and trust in societal institutions crumbles.

Our inner reality is also changing. Long-held truths, perceptions, and ideologies crumble under the changing reality. As a result, more and more people are questioning these foundations, embarking on a quest for genuine Truth and a deeper meaning to life.

Yet even the personal development field – which over the past decade has inundated the world with various therapies and well-being philosophies – seems ill-equipped to address the disintegration of both our external and inner worlds, a reality starkly highlighted by the COVID-19 crisis.

People find themselves sinking deeper into confusion, depression and despair, as their intellect and emotions can no longer make sense of this new reality.

Why are we here?

At the root of the answer to this question lies the understanding that our true essence is the spirit, our core. To manifest in the physical world, the spirit clothed itself in both an ethereal body – the soul – and a physical body. These two bodies belong to the material world, while our essence remains spiritual, eternal, and unbound by space and time.

In coming to Earth, the purpose of the spirit is to gather experiences and develop. In essence, Earth serves as a “school” for spiritual growth!

To facilitate this, the spirit was given two assistants – the intellect and the emotions. Their role is to mediate between earthly events and the spirit: on one hand, conveying impressions and experiences, and on the other, manifesting the spirit’s will in reality. This was the ideal arrangement, with the spirit at the helm taking the lead.

How Did It Go Wrong?

The original sin, Adam and Eve eating from the Tree of Knowledge, is actually a code or a metaphor for prioritizing the intellect over the spirit. This marks the point of man’s disconnection from the spirit. From there, misguided evolution and education over millennia have distorted us to such an extent that

The voice of our spirit is barely audible. Consequently, people wander meaninglessly and aimlessly through life, confused and depressed, as the voice of their spirit is suppressed.

Meanwhile, the intellect and emotions – which together form the ego – have developed and strengthened. We’ve reached a point where people mistakenly identify their core essence with their ego, having lost their connection to the spirit.

Why Am I Not Happy?

There is only one answer to this question – because you are not connected to your spirit. Most people are unaware of the existence of their spirit and don’t even sense its absence, as its voice has become so faint.

However, those who intuitively feel that something is missing in their material reality will never find fulfillment or experience true happiness until they reconnect with their spirit.

This is a spiritual thirst that material means can never quench. It’s a yearning that a larger house, a newer car, or a picture-perfect vacation cannot satisfy.

I'm Working On Myself,
So Why Am I Still Unhappy?

Most existing therapeutic approaches indeed address human consciousness, but they fail to recognize that modern humans actually possess three distinct consciousnesses:

Mental health

Intellectual consciousness

"I think"

Emotional consciousness

"I feel"

Spiritual
consciousness

"I intuitively know"

Let’s consider a simple, relatable example:
You’re in a job that’s not right for you.

The spiritual consciousness says

"I've outgrown this job and need to move on."

The emotional consciousness

immediately reacts with anxiety, fear of change, worries about not having enough money, concern about others' opinions, and fear of failure.

The intellectual consciousness

then rationalizes the emotional reality: "This is a good job, there are no better jobs out there, this is what you wanted, everyone does this, you have a mortgage to pay, it's not the right time for changes..."

The result?
You remain in a job that’s not right for you
.

The Voice of the Spirit is Completely Muted, Leaving You With an Unquenchable Thirst.

In this state, people attempt to fill the void with fleeting, external, instant gratification like overeating, drugs, sex, gambling, and more. This, in fact, is the root cause of all addictions. The interplay between our emotions and intellect is so efficient and sophisticated that it’s almost impossible to escape the maze they’ve woven over the years.

Matter Masquerading as SPIRIT

Individuals whose thirst remains unquenched might find themselves in a workshop or undergoing one of the many therapeutic approaches promising to help people “escape the matrix.” These methods primarily focus on expanding only the material consciousness – intellectual and emotional – and are mainly geared towards earthly and material success. In practice, most of these techniques teach how to manipulate reality while making partial use of the Laws of Creation.

Let’s say you’ve learned how to magnetize more abundance into your life, a popular concept based on a cosmic principle – the Law of Attraction between Similar Species. You’re still only engaging with material reality, attracting matter, and not at all addressing spiritual essence. You’re drawing in matter to fill a spiritual void. Consequently, even those searching to escape this vicious cycle find themselves trapped in a sophisticated labyrinth of the fine material world – still matter, devoid of any spiritual touch..

How Do We Escape This Labyrinth?

Strengthening Our Spiritual Consciousness

The course “LET MY SPIRIT GO! A GUIDE TO THE TRAINING OF THE SPIRIT IN DAILY LIFE” is designed to address precisely this need. It focuses on strengthening our “spiritual muscle” and restoring the spirit to its rightful place as the leading and guiding force of our lives. The goal is to develop a singular spiritual consciousness, whereas the intellect and emotions serve merely as tools, not as independent consciousnesses.

The course consists of 10 classes, an introduction and a conclusion that explain – in a precise, simple, and comprehensive manner, yet filled with humor and stories – how to develop our spiritual consciousness across all aspects of life to become a new human being.

LET MY SPIRIT GO!
