We stand at the threshold of a new era – one long foretold in ancient texts and whose signs are now evident all around us.

This is a time when a great light is penetrating our planet, illuminating all that is dark. Consequently, we witness an intensification of our reality: wars erupt, pandemics spread, natural disasters strike, economies falter, and trust in societal institutions crumbles.

Our inner reality is also changing. Long-held truths, perceptions, and ideologies crumble under the changing reality. As a result, more and more people are questioning these foundations, embarking on a quest for genuine Truth and a deeper meaning to life.

Yet even the personal development field – which over the past decade has inundated the world with various therapies and well-being philosophies – seems ill-equipped to address the disintegration of both our external and inner worlds, a reality starkly highlighted by the COVID-19 crisis.

People find themselves sinking deeper into confusion, depression and despair, as their intellect and emotions can no longer make sense of this new reality.

Why are we here?

At the root of the answer to this question lies the understanding that our true essence is the spirit, our core. To manifest in the physical world, the spirit clothed itself in both an ethereal body – the soul – and a physical body. These two bodies belong to the material world, while our essence remains spiritual, eternal, and unbound by space and time.

In coming to Earth, the purpose of the spirit is to gather experiences and develop. In essence, Earth serves as a “school” for spiritual growth!

To facilitate this, the spirit was given two assistants – the intellect and the emotions. Their role is to mediate between earthly events and the spirit: on one hand, conveying impressions and experiences, and on the other, manifesting the spirit’s will in reality. This was the ideal arrangement, with the spirit at the helm taking the lead.

how did it go wrong?

The original sin, Adam and Eve eating from the Tree of Knowledge, is actually a code or a metaphor for prioritizing the intellect over the spirit. This marks the point of man’s disconnection from the spirit. From there, misguided evolution and education over millennia have distorted us to such an extent that

The voice of our spirit is barely audible. Consequently, people wander meaninglessly and aimlessly through life, confused and depressed, as the voice of their spirit is suppressed.

Meanwhile, the intellect and emotions – which together form the ego – have developed and strengthened. We’ve reached a point where people mistakenly identify their core essence with their ego, having lost their connection to the spirit.

Why am i not happy?

There is only one answer to this question – because you are not connected to your spirit. Most people are unaware of the existence of their spirit and don’t even sense its absence, as its voice has become so faint.

However, those who intuitively feel that something is missing in their material reality will never find fulfillment or experience true happiness until they reconnect with their spirit.

This is a spiritual thirst that material means can never quench. It’s a yearning that a larger house, a newer car, or a picture-perfect vacation cannot satisfy.

I'm Working On Myself,
So Why Am I Still Unhappy?

Most existing therapeutic approaches indeed address human consciousness, but they fail to recognize that modern humans actually possess three distinct consciousnesses:

Intellectual consciousness

"I think"

Emotional consciousness

"I feel"

Spiritual
consciousness

"I intuitively know"

Let’s consider a simple, relatable example:
You’re in a job that’s not right for you.

The intellectual consciousness

then rationalizes the emotional reality: "This is a good job, there are no better jobs out there, this is what you wanted, everyone does this, you have a mortgage to pay, it's not the right time for changes..."

The emotional consciousness

immediately reacts with anxiety, fear of change, worries about not having enough money, concern about others' opinions, and fear of failure.

The spiritual consciousness says

"I've outgrown this job and need to move on."

The result?
You remain in a job that’s not right for you
.

The Voice of the Spirit is Completely Muted, Leaving You With an Unquenchable Thirst.

In this state, people attempt to fill the void with fleeting, external, instant gratification like overeating, drugs, sex, gambling, and more. This, in fact, is the root cause of all addictions. The interplay between our emotions and intellect is so efficient and sophisticated that it’s almost impossible to escape the maze they’ve woven over the years.

Matter Masquerading as SPIRIT

Individuals whose thirst remains unquenched might find themselves in a workshop or undergoing one of the many therapeutic approaches promising to help people “escape the matrix.” These methods primarily focus on expanding only the material consciousness – intellectual and emotional – and are mainly geared towards earthly and material success. In practice, most of these techniques teach how to manipulate reality while making partial use of the Laws of Creation.

Let’s say you’ve learned how to magnetize more abundance into your life, a popular concept based on a cosmic principle – the Law of Attraction between Similar Species. You’re still only engaging with material reality, attracting matter, and not at all addressing spiritual essence. You’re drawing in matter to fill a spiritual void. Consequently, even those searching to escape this vicious cycle find themselves trapped in a sophisticated labyrinth of the fine material world – still matter, devoid of any spiritual touch..

How Do We Escape This Labyrinth?

Strengthening Our Spiritual Consciousness

The course “LET MY SPIRIT GO! A GUIDE TO THE TRAINING OF THE SPIRIT IN DAILY LIFE” is designed to address precisely this need. It focuses on strengthening our “spiritual muscle” and restoring the spirit to its rightful place as the leading and guiding force of our lives. The goal is to develop a singular spiritual consciousness, whereas the intellect and emotions serve merely as tools, not as independent consciousnesses.

LET MY SPIRIT GO!

offers a blend of learning modalities: a written version, an audio file for those who prefer listening, and a Zoom session that presents and explains each topic, expanding further with detailed stories and examples. The classes are recorded in English and will feature subtitles and/or AI based dubbing in various languages.

The course consists of 12 lessons that explain – in a precise, simple, and comprehensive manner, yet filled with humor and stories – how to develop our spiritual consciousness across all aspects of life to become a new human being.

The Course Will Cover the Following Topics

Caring for the body as a dwelling place for the spirit | Avoiding negativity | Intuitive communication | The proper way to handle emotions | Faith | God | Listening to the spirit | Relationships | Parenting | Dealing with extreme crises

Testimonials

A New Perspective on RealityMatan Shatit
Like many others in recent years, I experienced profound personal upheavals. Looking back, I now understand these challenges were the greatest gift I could have received — they became my single path to realizing that I am, in fact, spirit! Through this journey, I have been learning to distinguish between my own true will and the other voices that often masquerade as such, which has expanded my perspective on every aspect of life. The spiritual consciousness developed through this course enables one to view life's challenges as a gift and feel genuine gratitude for them. This isn't just empty words or a tired cliché; it's about experiencing reality from a truly higher perspective.
Finding Inner PeaceLeo Singer
Working in construction, I'm immersed in an environment charged with testosterone and ego that constantly challenges one's self-control. In this context, this course has truly been a lifeline. I'm learning to identify the deeper motivations behind my actions — and even when I don't perceive them at the time, this course has given me tools to process events in a way that nurtures my spirit's growth. Through this work, I'm learning to take responsibility instead of blaming external factors for my problems. I know this knowledge will accompany me throughout my life, remaining forever relevant to my journey.
Nurturing RelationshipsAdva Even-Or
I took this course together with my partner, Tzachi Even-Or. While I had a deep appreciation of the supportive, nurturing quality of our relationship, the ups and downs of daily life and the influence of our egos can sometimes create doubt. The course resonated with me, clarifying and validating both my chosen path and the sensations I experience day to day, both personally and as part of a couple. It also enabled me to recall situations from our shared past, emphasizing our remarkable growth and strengthening my belief that I'm on the right path.
Tools for Handling CrisesHila Fogel
When I discovered Alma's channel on YouTube, my intuition immediately knew it was for me! It was clear to me that what I was really missing until then was the connection to my spirit. As I progressed with my studies, I became calmer and was able to hear my spirit, my inner voice. Gradually, I emerged from my state of depression, quit smoking, and stopped worrying. All this was in preparation for what arrived at my doorstep about a year ago when I was diagnosed with cancer. At that point, I had all the tools to cope with and overcome the illness through the power of my spirit.
Refining Personal DevelopmentMerav Rubinstein-Carmin
Through this course I have learned, how every moment in life is an opportunity to hear and strengthen my spirit’s true voice, which guides me on the right path, and helps me distinguish it from other voices within me. The course helped me connect the dots and gain insights about my spirit’s will, the meaning of my life experiences, the source of my power, and the Truth. I'm grateful for the guidance as I learn to live life with purity and clarity.
Taking Responsibility for my LifeNaama-Reut Naor
As a single mother of three children, I was always gripped by existential fear, which led me to seek the guidance of financial mentors—only worsening my situation and leaving me with more debt. Through the tools I received in this course, I'm learning to take responsibility for my life and rely fully on myself, and not others, to solve problems. I'm discovering how to listen and trust my intuition, refine my communication with others, and find my inner strengths to create positive change for myself.
Overcoming AnxietyHadar Badat
After surviving a violent assault in 2008, I developed severe anxiety that troubled me for years. The course provided me with insights and practical tools to build my inner resilience. Understanding the true source of my anxiety helped diminish it—even eliminating it completely for extended periods—as long as I maintained a high vibrational frequency and continued practicing. Through this journey, I discovered that real miracles cannot occur when we remain in low frequency and avoid taking responsibility for our patterns and vulnerabilities.
Finding True HealingAdi Oren
Following a physical challenge in my life, I signed up for the course which enabled me to learn how to cope with it. Words cannot express my deep gratitude to everyone who took part in creating this course. Its simplicity and clarity provided me with a step-by-step process for learning to listen to my spirit and also gave me tools to use when I have difficulty hearing it clearly. Personally, the course didn't just change my life; it changed me! The physical and emotional challenge I faced was resolved without the need for Western medicine or medication, alternative medicine, or counseling. I still face challenges, but my ability to observe them, process them by breaking them down, as well as seek help either through the course forum or privately from the course’s mentors helps me tremendously.
